Florida Faction

 Thomas Fiore - acting capo of Gerard Chilli’s South Florida crew. He is based in Palm Beach County, city of Boynton Beach. On October 14, 2009 his crew in south Florida was charged under the RICO law. Six of the eleven crew members pleaded guilty to a list of crimes. The members that plead guilty included crew enforcer Pasquale Rubbo his brother Joseph Rubbo and four other associates. The crew is involved in arson, insurance fraud, identity theft, illegal gambling and other crimes. It is rumored that Jonathan Staskewicz (a tampa representative to the florida faction) is going to still be active in the family when he is released from prison in 2010. He was arrested for organized fraud and armed charges in 2007. They send some tribute up to Bonanno family bosses in New York City.On March 2, 2010 Fiore was sentenced to twelve years for racketeering.His projected release date is January 18, 2020.
